PUMPOUT service

• Free service provided by the Edgartown Harbormaster Department on a daily basis between the hours of 0800-1500.
• Pumpouts are completed chronologically by order of request and location.
• Long term users can schedule automatic service.
• Emergency pumpouts available when possible.

to request a PUMPOUt

• Hail "Edgartown Pumpout" directly on VHF Ch. 74. 
• Upon acknowledgement, respond with your:
  • Vessel name
  • Location in Edgartown
  • Side your deck cap/tank is on
• Pumpout Boat will come to your mooring, slip, or location in anchorage.
• If you are not going to be onboard, loosen/remove deck cap. We will secure it back in place to signify we've been there.

While we do our best to accommodate all unique situations, we ask that vessels with known departure times request pumpouts thoughtfully in advance.
